EVAC 2025-2026 REGISTRATION is now OPEN for ALL SPORTS
Registration for ALL sports during the 2025/26 school year is now open. For those wishing to compete in ANY EVAC sport, please complete your registration which shows your intent to tryout/play. This is critical for EVAC’s planning and commitment to the CAA for upcoming teams. If you are transferring to EVAC from another organization and are in the 10th-12th grade, you must begin your registration with EVAC by August 1, 2025. Transfer students registering after Aug. 1, 2025 can participate with EVAC, but will need to contact the AD for further information.
• Please ensure you've carefully reviewed the eligibility requirements on the ELIGIBILITY page. Additionally, take the time to read through the EVAC Mission, Vision, Core Values, and Statement of Faith on the ABOUT US page to determine if EVAC aligns with your values.
• For registration purposes, please register your athlete based on their grade level, not their level of play. Additionally, enter the age-appropriate graduation date even if they are academically ahead.
• If you do not finish your registration in one sitting, your information will be saved for you to finish later. Registration must be complete to tryout (this includes a sports physical).
• Please make plans and get your physical ASAP Physical Form
• Clinics/tryouts for FALL, WINTER, and SPRING sports vary but usually occur a few weeks prior to practices beginning. Sport specific pages may have more detailed information. Please watch the e-blasts, website, or social media for info: EVAC Announcement Sign Up Link
