Refund/Cancellation Policy

At East Valley Athletes for Christ, we strive to provide the best experience for our community. If you need to cancel your participation or membership, please refer to the following guidelines:

1. Membership Cancellations: Members can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are available for memberships paid.

2. Event Registrations: For cancellations of event registrations, requests must be made at least 7 days before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be refunded.

3. Merchandise: Items purchased from our store can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
