EVAC 2025/26 REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Registration for EVAC 2025/26 is now open for all sports! The CAA has transitioned out of the Gamesource software to Bound. As a result we will all be learning a new system for registration, game and team management, etc. For the time being EVAC will continue to use the EVAC website/app alongside the Bound website/app. We appreciate your patience during this transition. To make things easier, last year's athlete's names/grad dates were imported into Bound already.
We encourage you to register for all the sports your child plans to tryout for this year. Bound makes this easy, allowing the parent to check all the sports to register for at one time prior to registration! If you have not finalized these decisions yet, please begin to register for the sports you do know - especially fall sports. Once one registration is completed for a student, if a parent goes back to complete another later on, no data entry is required and it only takes a minute or so.
Registration Instructions (READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING!)
1 - The first step to registration is creating a "Family Account" in Bound. This link takes you directly there to start the process. Prior to doing that, you may want to consider reading through the following article which provides step by step instructions for Registration on Bound. NOTE: This article does send you to create a family account a slightly different way than the first link. Either way is fine.
2 - When setting up your family account/child registration, it is advised that one parent set it up and when adding the other parent/guardian - make sure to "invite" the other parent when the option pops up. This makes it easy for the other parent to enter the family account. If you forget to do this your other parent/guardian will have a red notification next to their name to remind you to invite them later. Both parents should not set up separate family accounts.
3 - If your child participated in EVAC last year, you can find them by typing your last name after clicking "Add a child".
4 - If the student is new to EVAC, simply choose "New to Bound" or when prompted to type a child's name click where it says "I can't find my
student" and then add the child.
5 - When choosing the activities you want to register for - please note that all registrations are named "2025/26 EVAC Registration", but in the description it clarifies the level/gender/sport! Take care to choose the right ones!
6 - New and existing families will need to upload the documents below during registration. Registration does not have to be completed in one sitting and you can go back and "resume" it later to add documents or answer questions. It is ok to begin registration without your physical being done yet. Registration must be complete in order to tryout.
• Birth certificate
• Concussion course certificate - If already completed, log into the NFHS website and access the certificate through your dashboard.
•Select pages (page 1 & 5) of the new sports physical - All physicals will need to be dated 6/1/2025 or later in order for the new
system to receive it.
7 - While registration can be done through the Bound App, it is advised this not be attempted until your family account is setup first and users may have an overall bettter experience using a desktop computer or their web browser on their phone.
