As EVAC starts their cheer program, we will focus on junior high and high school aged students.

Winter season cheering during basketball

HOW IT WORKS

This squad will be focused on sideline cheering for EVAC basketball and will not compete in CAA cheer events. Cheerleaders are to be crowd leaders, spirit raisers, ambassadors, athletes, and entertainers. The level of instruction will be based on interest.

tryouts

All athletes MUST complete EVAC 2024-2025 Registration prior to tryouts.

Tryouts are typically set for the beginning of October

LOCATION

Practices and games will be at our home gym which is currently Mesa Baptist Church

Coaches

All coaches are volunteers, certified, and meet CAA coaching standards. If you are interested in coaching please contact the Athletic Director.

COSTS

The estimated costs to participate in EVAC cheer are $100 for the organization fee and facility rentals, and $300 for the uniform. The uniform is the students to own and keep.
