In the heart of Gilbert, Arizona—on 5.25 acres at 15303 S Gilbert Road—God is doing something incredible. A generous donor has already purchased this land, and it’s now being used by Able Purpose Ministries (APM), a nonprofit that equips adults with special needs for Gospel impact.

Now, APM is looking to develop the land, and EVAC is honored to be part of the vision.

We’re teaming up with APM and Gilbert Bible Church to build something extraordinary: a shared-use gymnasium and sports field that will serve two distinct communities with one unified mission.

One Facility. Two Missions.

APM needs a gym and field to support their daytime ministry programming. EVAC needs a long-term home for our teams and athletes. God is bringing these needs together to serve homeschool athletes and adults with disabilities—all in one purpose-driven space.

APM has agreed to lease the gym and field to EVAC for use in the late afternoons and evenings, giving us a permanent “home” facility. And every dollar EVAC raises will directly reduce the cost of this long-term lease, keeping player fees low for EVAC families in the future.

Even more importantly: every dollar donated has dual impact. It blesses EVAC athletes and helps APM expand their incredible Gospel-centered work with adults with disabilities.

What’s Happening Now

• Initial site prep and planning is underway, and our goal is to break ground in the next 6–12 months.

• While we’re aiming for completion during the 2026–2027 school year, we’re mindful that these timelines require coordination between multiple partners, clear expectations, and God’s continued provision.

• $1 million has already been raised, and we’re now working toward an additional $2 million goal—though this may be refined as we finalize construction plans, civil design, and subcontractor bids. $500,000 of that $1 million is to help move this project forward. We are working closely with the architect and general contractor to ensure this contribution is integrated thoughtfully and avoids delays, cost surprises, or conflicts in construction scope.

We’re committed to pursuing this project with open hands, unity, and wisdom—inviting counsel, embracing collaboration, and asking God to do more than we could ask or imagine.
