Please take note fall EVAC fees are due TODAY - August 14th in order for your athletes to be eligible to play in upcoming games! After filling out the initial form, you will be redirected to another webpage to complete the payment portion of the process. Please be sure to complete the payment to fully submit the team fee.
If you have children on multiple teams or more than one child on a team, you will need to complete this form and payment process separately for each team or each child.
A receipt will be automatically emailed to you once the payment is completed.
REMINDER: Your child is not allowed to participate in a game until the team fee is paid. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
