Jr. High Athlete of the Week: Sophia Moraine

The team motto is E.A.T.—Effort, Attitude, and Teammate—and Sophia consistently embodies each of these qualities.

Whether at practice or in a match, Sophia gives her best effort and exemplifies 1 Corinthians 10:31: “Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” Her effort is contagious and inspires the teammates around her to play harder and give their best as well. Sophia is a wonderful example of what it means to compete with purpose!
