Be on the lookout for 2025/2026 registration to go live in early June and get those PHYSICALS done now in preparation. When registration does open, please register for all of the sports you want to compete in for the 2025/26 school year to confirm your interest.
Meanwhile, EVAC is providing many opportunities over the summer for athletes. Plans for many of the clinics are still being made so this page will be updated as more information becomes available. Check back frequently!
Please fill out a Summer Activity Waiver (1 time per athlete if in multiple sports) and turn into the coach running clinics.
JH/HS Flag Football Clinic
Who: JH (6th-8th grade) and HS (9th-12th grade)
What: A preseason football clinic will be offered for players interested in trying out for JH/HS boys flag football.

Boys Varsity Soccer (Tryouts)
Who: HS boys 9th-12th grade
What: Three tryouts will be offered for boys interested in playing high school soccer in the fall. Players MUST attend at least one tryout date to play. It is recommended athletes come to as many as possible. If you cannot make any of these dates please contact coach Eddy.

Track & Field
Who: 7th-12th grade boys and girls
What: Track & Field Clinic - open to athletes interested in participating in track and field in spring of 2026.

Cross Country Clinics/Tryouts
EVAC is planning on fielding both mens and womens varsity cross country teams this fall! Starting in August, athletes train several mornings each week to run 5K races with opportunities for individual and team medals. This is also an excellent conditioning option for athletes planning on playing basketball in the winter season.

***Note: The minimum requirement for joining the team is a 5k time of 30 minutes (female) and 28 minutes (male). If EVAC does not receive enough response from athletes, there will be no teams.

Boys H.S. Basketball Camp 2025
AZ HEAT/Coach McAvoy
Who: Boys planning on playing high school level basketball in the 2025-2026 season.
What: Further your skills in ball handling, shooting, passing, defense, as well as teamwork and character building. We are going to have a blast!
When: June 23-26th from 9-11:30am
Where: Arizona Athletic Grounds - 6321 S Ellsworth Rd Suite 146, Mesa, AZ 85212
What to Bring: basketball, tennis/basketball shoes, and a water bottle.
Cost: $95/player, includes a camp t-shirt
McAvoy Family Ministries/AZ Heat's Nate McAvoy began coaching 30 years ago, and has been a teacher for 25 years, including homeschooling of his own 7 boys. He is a Youth Pastor, Coach for EVAC, and active homeschooling dad.
