EVAC Banquet 2026

On May 19th, we will bring all EVAC teams together under one roof to celebrate what God has done throughout the 2025 to 2026 season. Championships are great. Wins are fun. But this night is about something deeper. It is about relationships, growth, perseverance, and honoring the seniors who have poured so much into this program.

What to Expect

Formal evening with all EVAC teams Senior recognition Season highlights and celebration Dinner from Chick fil A


Dress Code

Dress nice. No need for a tux or formal gown. Think dress pants and a collared shirt or a modest dress or skirt.


Tickets Options

No Meal: $6 Meal Ticket: $16 Gluten Free Meal Ticket: $16

Tickets must be purchased by midnight on May 9th. No exceptions. This allows us to plan meals and seating well.

Space is limited and this event will sell out. If you plan to attend, do not wait.


Important Reminder

If your team earned a trophy this season and you have it, bring it. We want to display and celebrate everything our teams accomplished together.


A Quick Note on Space

We know not everyone who wants to attend will be able to. That is hard.

EVAC continues to grow, and with that growth comes challenges. Finding a space large enough for our entire community at a reasonable cost is not easy. We are incredibly grateful to Sun Valley Community Church for opening their doors to us and making this night possible.

At the same time, it reminds us of something bigger.

We do not have a permanent home yet.

But we are believing for one. A place where every EVAC family can gather, celebrate, and experience nights like this together.

Until then, thank you for your understanding, your support, and your commitment to this community.
