EVAC registration is now open for ALL sports. We encourage you to register for all the sports your child plans to tryout for this year. Bound makes this easy, allowing the parent to check all the sports to register for at one time prior to registration!
Please note that there is a $10 registration fee per athlete per sport.
New and existing families will need to upload the documents below during registration. Registration does not have to be completed in one sitting and you can go back and "resume" it later to add documents or answer questions. It is ok to begin registration without your physical being done yet. Starting your registration now helps us plan for the upcoming year. Registration must be complete in order to tryout.
• Birth certificate - if your child played for EVAC last year you will not need to upload your birth certificate again.
• Concussion course certificate - If your child played for EVAC last year the concussion certificate will not need to be uploaded again UNLESS they are moving from JH to HS. If your child is moving from JH up to HS this year they will need to take the concussion class and you will need to submit the certificate once completed. Each athlete needs to complete the concussion course once in JH and once in HS. If If already completed, log into the NFHS website and access the certificate through your dashboard.
•Select pages (page 1 & 6) of the new sports physical - All physicals will need to be dated 6/1/2026 or later in order for the new
system to receive it.
While registration can be done through the Bound App, it is advised this not be attempted until your family account is setup first and users may have a better experience using a desktop computer or their web browser on their phone.
