CHEER CLINIC & TRYOUT **IMPORTANT DATE/LOCATION CHANGE!**

📣 EVAC Cheerleading – Year 2! NEW TRYOUT DATE/LOCATION

We are thrilled to announce our second year of EVAC Cheerleading!

What: This year, our squad is growing in skill and spirit as we continue to cheer on both our Varsity Boys and Girls Basketball teams. We are excited to build on last year’s foundation, increasing our level of experience as we prepare for the opportunity to compete in the CAA in future years.

Who: EVAC cheer is open to girls in JH or HS.

✨ Cheer Clinic: September 15 | 5–7 PM @ Mesa Baptist Church - 2425 S Alma School Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210

Clinic will teach the girls the material for tryouts but there is no obligation to tryout. Wear workout clothes, tennis shoes, water bottle, hair out of face in pony tail, no fake nails, nails must be trimmed so that they are no longer than the tips of fingers (for stunting purposes), absolutely no jewelry.

✨ Cheer Tryouts: NEW DATE/LOCATION Tuesday, September 30 | 4-6 PM @ College View Baptist Church 1810 S Longmore Mesa AZ

If you intend to tryout for EVAC cheer please complete a 2025/26 EVAC registration which includes a physical! This registration is done through Bound. Instructions can be found HERE.

Same as above, wear EVAC colors if available, we will assess cheer, dance, and jumps; as well as crowd appeal, facials, and spirit. 

At EVAC, cheerleading is more than chants and stunts, it’s about teamwork, sportsmanship, and glorifying God in all we do. 💙💛
