Closing Mesa Baptist Checklist

Thank you for serving the EVAC community by helping close the Mesa Baptist facility. Our goal is to leave it better than we found it and exemplify Christ with joy. Please complete the below items to help ensure that you are closing Mesa Baptist correctly. Be sure to fill out this form as you do it so that we can provide a record of task completion.

return scoreboard and accessories (wires, microphone, rubber mat, table/chairs, etc) to office cabinet and storage room

clean up any trash on bleachers

sweep floor

wipe down and clean up bathrooms

Friday nights only, take down net and place in storage closet

clean up and clear out kitchen (if used)

ensure the east exit doors are fully closed and locked

clean up and sweep trash on bleachers
