EVAC YEAR-END BANQUET
Each year EVAC celebrates with a banquet honoring all EVAC teams and athletes. This event typically takes place during the third week of May in the evening. In past years families have shared a meal or dessert together to celebrate the year's accomplishments. Please mark your calendars so you might join us! The 2023/24 Year End Banquet date/details will be posted here and advertised when known.
EVAC SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
Throughout the school year, EVAC provides service opportunities for EVAC athletes and their families and friends to participate in. In past year EVAC athletes have partnered with Operation Christmas Child, Feed My Starving Children, and Midwest Food Bank to name a few. When new opportunities are scheduled they will be listed here and advertised to the EVAC Community.
***Bring Your Family and Friends to Pack Meals at Feed My Starving Children!**
EVAC has the opportunity to volunteer together at Feed My Starving Children on Friday, August 18th from 7:00pm-8:45pm. This is open to all involved with EVAC and their families and friends so let's come out and see how many meals we can pack together!! Please register using the link below!! We are hoping to fill 70 spots with everyone from EVAC!! Hope to see you all there!!

DISCOUNTED SPORTS PHYSICALS & EVAC FUNDRAISER
WHAT: Sports Physicals for $25 and a portion of the proceeds go to EVAC as a donation! If you still need a physical for the winter or spring season take advantage of this opportunity.
WHEN: Thursday, September 7 and Friday, September 8 - 2023
HOW: Walk in any time that day or call 480-566-0136 to make an appointment for that day.
