EVAC FUNDRAISER RAFFLE
EVAC has received generous donations to share with those who want to support the EVAC Eagles! Two prize packages are available for raffle ticket buyers and two prize packages for EVAC athletes selling raffle tickets.
RAFFLE TICKET PURCHASE DETAILS
There is no limit to the number of tickets you can purchase. Please buy as many as you can. The more tickets you buy the more chances you have to win.
Key Dates:
• Ticket sales are open now and close at midnight on Wednesday, December 6, 2023.
• The raffle drawing will take place on December 8, 2023, at Legacy Sports Complex before the Varsity boys basketball game. Raffle ticket purchasers do not need to be present to win.
• Winners will be announced via email.
• All tickets must be purchased online to help us keep track of and collect email addresses for each ticket.

HOW TO SELL TICKETS (EVAC ATHLETES)
We’re asking you to sell e-raffle tickets for $20 each. All tickets are sold online and tracked electronically, so there’s no need for you to manage physical tickets or collect funds. All details about how to sell tickets, prizes, etc. can be found in this PDF below.
1. MOST TICKET SALES PRIZE PACKAGE:
The winner of this prize pack will be the EVAC athlete that sells the most raffle tickets before the cut off date of 12/6/2023 at midnight.

• $50 gift card to Big 5 Sporting Goods

• Converse Gift basket that includes a t-shirt, hat, and pair of shoes ordered to your size.
2. RANDOM DRAWING PRIZE PACKAGE:
The winner of this prize will be chosen at random a ta live drawing before the 7pm Boys Varsity Basketball game at Legacy Sports Complex on
12/08/2023.

• Professional photoshoot with Rhiannon Teaters. Shoot includes 30-40 min outdoor photo shoot, Up to 6
person family, 15-20 enhanced high res. images in an online gallery, and rights to make their own
prints.
• Half-court shot to win a car! The half-court shot will take place after the live drawing and before

THE GOAL
We have a goal of selling 500 raffle tickets. We will send weekly e-blasts with updates on raffle ticket sales. All proceeds from this raffle ticket fundraiser will go to help lower team fees, tournament costs, EVAC administration costs, and other costs associated with creating this amazing interscholastic competitive athletic experience for our homeschooled children.
