Season: Practices begin the week of Feb. 28 with regular season games beginning the week of March 13.  The season runs through the the beginning of May. Post season tournament play runs through the first week or so of May.

 

Ages: Elementary teams are targeted for students in grades 4-6. Team size and players on the roster will be determined by the coaches.  

 

Tryouts: All athletes MUST complete EVAC 2023-2024 Registration prior to tryouts.

 

Dates will be announced in January.

 

Clinics: Dates will be announced in early fall/early January.

 

Practices:  Some practices may take place at Arizona Athletic Grounds with other indoor or outdoor locations utilized if necessary.  Practice will be approximately 1-2 hours, three times per week after school hours. No practice on Wednesdays or Sundays. Once the season starts, teams will have no more than 3-4 combined games or practices per week.

 

Cost: $300-350 per season (estimated)

 

Coaches: All coaches are volunteers, certified, and meet CAA coaching standards. If you are interested in coaching please contact the Athletic Director.

Tournaments:  Elementary and JH teams may participate in local tournaments and most likely in the March Gladness tournament in California.
