General Information:

Season: Practices will begin the week of August 1st and games start the second week in August with the regular season ending at the end of September.  Post season play is the first week in October.

Ages:  Junior High teams are targeted for junior high students grades 6-8.  Students cannot be 15 years old before Sept. 1. 5th grade athletes are allowed in some circumstances. Team size and players on the roster will be determined by the coaches.  

Tryouts:

When: Tuesday - July 25th  
               • 7:00-8:30pm

Where: Andersen Junior High  
               • 1255 N Dobson Rd., Chandler, AZ  85224
              • East Field

Bring: LOTS of water, sunscreen, baseball glove, and hat!!  

All athletes MUST complete EVAC 2023-2024 Registration prior to tryouts. The need for tryouts will be determined during the clinics. 

Clinics:  Friday, July 14th and Saturday, July 15th • 7:30-9:00am

Where: McQueen Park • 525 N McQueen Rd. Gilbert, AZ 85233 • Field #8

Practices:  Practice locations will vary depending on field availability.  Past practice locations have been in South Chandler, Gilbert, and east Mesa.  Practice duration will vary based on age/team. No practice on Wednesdays or Sundays. Once the season starts, JH teams will have no more than three to four combined games or practices per week.

Cost: $288 for 2023 season.

Coaches: All coaches are volunteers, certified, and meet CAA coaching standards. If you are interested in coaching please contact the Athletic Director.
