Season: Practices begin in early December with regular season games beginning in early January.  The season runs through the the third week of February. Post season tournament play runs through the first week of March.

 

Ages: Teams are targeted for students in grades 7-8. Students cannot be 15 years old before Sept. 1.  Team size and players on the roster will be determined by the coaches.  

 

Tryouts: All athletes MUST complete EVAC Registration prior to tryouts.

 

Tryouts will be held in late October or early November.

Practices:  Indoor practices locations are TBD with outdoor locations to be utilized if necessary.  Practice will be approximately 1-2 hours, three times per week after school hours. No practice on Wednesdays or Sundays. Once the season starts, teams will have no more than 3-4 combined games or practices per week.

 

Cost: $300-350 per season (estimated)

 

Coaches: All coaches are volunteers, certified, and meet CAA coaching standards. If you are interested in coaching please contact the Athletic Director.

Tournaments:  Elementary and JH teams may participate in local tournaments and most likely in the March Gladness tournament in California.
